Lodge a Complaint

How your complaint is handled.

However a complaint reaches Aterna Capital — through the RBI portal, by email, or forwarded by a credit information company — it follows one clear, time-bound path. The chart below shows exactly how every complaint is logged, escalated and resolved.

Customer complaint handling flow

Every complaint is logged and acknowledged, then worked through up to three internal levels — each targeting resolution within ten days — with the RBI Ombudsman as the final external recourse.
